Instructions:

2. Use basic ingredients: Now, use basic ingredients like lemon, thyme and rosemary inside the cavity and outside. The usage of basic ingredients depending upon the size of fish. Use fresh ingredients to make it more tasty and delicious.

3. Slice the fish: Use the knife to slice the fish. Slice the fish on back sides to the belly and make the slice an inch deep. Repeat the slices on the whole body of the fish. So, that the fish get properly roasted otherwise it will remain uncooked and would be tasteless.

4. Use olive oil and pepper: Now brush the fish with olive oil and sprinkle pepper and salt according to your taste. The olive oil keeps it moist and prevents it from getting burnt by heat of oven or gas stove. Olive oil reaches to every part of fish and adds tastes to it by pepper and salt.

5. Turn on oven: Turn on the oven and keep it on 450 degrees Fahrenheit and place the roasting pan along with frying pan in the oven and wait for half an hour to get it done. Use a fork after the completion of timer to check if it is roasted on every side. If it is not then place it again.
