Kids can be very fussy when it comes to food habits. They would hog on to fast foods almost always. But the importance of feeding them nutritious food cannot be denied. 1. Attractive sandwiches

Take tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, cucumber and mayonnaise with thinly roasted beef or turley. Mix them well with some seasonings and salt. Use the mixture to make sandwiches cut in shapes that your child loves – a triangle or a square or one that could represent some favourite cartoon character of his/ her.

2. Potato cakes
