1. Take damiana leaves in a coffee mug

First of all, place 2 heaping tsp of damiana leaves in a coffee mug. Make sure that the mug is clean and there are no impurities in it.

Also, the mug needs to be made of a material that is heat proof i.e. the mug must be capable of maintaining the temperature of its content for a long period of time.
2. Add boiling water

Now, pour one mug of water in a tea kettle and then place the kettle over the flame on a stove.

Allow the water in the kettle to boil.

Once the water starts boiling then remove the kettle from the heat and pour the boiling water into the mug containing dried damiana leaves.
3. Strain the tea in a coffee mug
