Ingredients
Braised Salmon fillets
Chopped Onions
Crushed Garlic
Chopped Tomatoes
Green Chilies
Dried Basil
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Method
1. Heat olive oil in wok. Fry onions until brown.
2. Add crushed garlic, green chilies and tomatoes.
3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and dried basil.
4. Fry this mixture for 10 minutes.
5. Pour this mixture over braised salmon.
