Chicken can be prepared in endless ways to make it heart healthy. I am sharing with you one of my favorite recipe on peppery chicken with a dash of lemon juice, call it Lemon Pepper Chicken.
Ingredients
Boneless chicken breasts
Juice of one whole lemon
Black Pepper
Crushed Garlic
Paste of Mint
Dried Oregano
Crushed Basil
Olive Oil
Salt
Bamboo Skewers
Method
1. Marinade chicken breasts with lemon juice, mint paste, dried oregano, dried basil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
2. Keep it aside for an hour.
3. Skewer the chicken in the bamboo skewers.
4. Grill it on an open grill. Keep coating the chicken with the marinade juices while grilling.
5. Serve it as an appetizer with tomato salsa or herbal sauce
