Green Mutton: Mutton cooked in Spinach sauce

palakgoshtSpinach sauce can be used to cook a variety of Indian dishes, from cottage cheese, fish, chicken, potatoes and peas and also mutton.

Ingredients

Lean Mutton
Pureed Spinach
Pureed Tomatoes
Chopped Onions
Ginger and Garlic Paste
Cayenne Pepper Poeder
Cinnamin Powder
Crushed Cardamon
Nutmeg powder
Salt
Olive Oil

Method

In a pressure cooker, fry onions in oil until brown, add ginger garlic paste, pureed tomatoes, pureed spinach and all the spices. Fry the spies and purees, stirring continuously for 25 minutes.

Add mutton and salt and cook until the moisture coming out of mutton dries up. add 5 to 6 cups of water and pressure cook, for 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
