655Mashed Potato is the staple food of Orissa and is made in the most unique but simplest way. You just have to mash boil potato so that the paste is uniform and then blend in crispy fried onions, red chilies and whole cumin seeds.

Mash all the ingredients properly so that the flavors, permeate together and finally add salt and mix agin.This mashed potato is eaten with boiled rice, brinjal chutney, tomato chutney and all other Indian tangy chutneys.
