Thanks Anne for the wonderful Pasta recipe. But Anne the finishing would have been great with a herbal seasoning. You forgot the vital ingredient suggested in the magazine. You could have also cooked bacon and mushrooms in red wine before folding in pasta. As you are, adding bacon into the mushroom a Pimenton seasoning might have added to the heat.
