Today I am going to share with you a low-cal recipe made out of cauliflower.
Ingredients
Whole Cauliflower
Turmeric Powder
Garlic Paste
Ginger Paste
Tomato Puree
Cinnamon Powder
Salt
Method
Steam whole cauliflower after trimming its stalks from the base.
In a wok fry all the paste and spices add salt and cook until the paste turns brown.
Smear the paste over the cauliflower and slit on top of the cauliflower and push in the paste inside the florets properly.
Bake this spice-smeared cauliflower until it is brown. After it is completely baked top it with yogurt
