Eighteen food producers and restaurant trade groups have got under the online banner of Best Food Nation to beat down the accusation of food abuse made by food critic Eric Schlosser’s in his book titled Chew on This: Everything You Don’t Want to Know about Fast Food.
The website offers facts from the US food supply chain to prove that the latter is the safest and the most nutritious source of food supply for the American nation. This time in the war between nutritional advocates and the fast food giants the consumers are not going to be the sufferers. Consumers are the ones who are going to make a choice about the food they eat, if nutrition is all that has put the fast food nation at stake.
