Braised Salmon in fish sauce

What about some salmon fillets cooked in some exciting sauce? Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

Salmon
Fish Stock
Celery
Dried Basil
Cornstarch
Cheese
Dried Oregano
Black Pepper
Butter
Salt

Method

1. Braise salmon in a closed pot over slow fire, until it becomes sight brown.

2. In a heavy-bottomed pan take butter and add fish stock, and add into it cornstarch. Stir the mixture continuously. In the stock add all the herbs, celery, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes and set aside.

3. In the same pan melt cheese and mix it in the fish stock. Put back the pan on fire and simmer the sauce for some time. After 5 minutes of simmering add salmon fillets.

4. Serve it with spaghetti or noodles.
