Brandon Meats and Sausage bags nine awards at Wisconsin Meat Product Competition

meat productsThe Wisconsin Meat Product Competition is one of the most reputed competitions for the meat processors, in the US and this year it had attracted 843 entrees into 33 product categories, including summer sausage, bratwurst, ham, bacon, smoked poultry and a variety of other types of meat products. This year the 67th Annual Convention of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors was held in Madison on April 21st and 22nd of this year and Brandon Meats and Sausage of Brandon bagged nine reserve champion awards for its quality of meat, variety, appearance which were judged by 40 judges on April 1.

Wisconsin Association of Meat Producers encourages meat processors not only to process finer quality of meat abut also to process them with gourmet flavors. The association promotes the meat processors in the industry along with providing them with equipments and other assistance.
