After Minute Maid launched its 100 percent fruit juices, Britvic is following close with a launch of Britvic Squeezed Orange Juice and Britvic Pressed Apple, due next month. This 100 percent juice will be sold in 275ml glass bottles with pop caps.
Britvic is launching the 100 percent juices after the success of its J20 brand of juices, Orange and Passion Fruit, Apple and Mango, Apple and Melon and Orange and Cranberry. Britvic Squeezed Orange Juice and Britvic Pressed Apple also cater to the health needs of the consumers. These fruit juices will be the non-alcoholic option for those going to pubs. The consumers want to taste the whole fruit in one large bottle, rather than mixing the fruit juice with some other things which might not result in a natural, preservative free juice.
As far as launch date is concerned, if Coke is up with something new can Pepsi be far behind…and vice-versa?
