Brooklyn Pizza, too opinionated to be sliced down

Domino’s Pizza is subjected to criticism for producing a dubious disc of what it marketed as the ‘authentic Brooklyn pizza’. Facts provided by the pizza boroughs in Brooklyn contradicts the Domino’s reproduction of the Brooklyn style pizza concerning the cornmeal crust and the soft texture of the crust, huge slices of pepperoni, the number of slices, tomato ketchup instead of ‘unadulterated tomato sauce’ and blunder with mozzarella cheese.

However, there are interesting confessions of Arthur Schwartz, the Italian food authority and ex-consultant of Domino stating his suggestions to introduce cornmeal in the Domino’s pizza crust along with Domino’s intentional adulteration of Brooklyn pizza.

Well both the perspectives of authenticity of Brooklyn pizza and Domino’s idea of freaking with the former authenticity are correct in their own places until the consumers outside Brooklyn enjoy having a new pizza in the block in the name of ethnic food. As far as Brooklynites are concerned, then Domino’s marketing glitz might fail to convince the opinionated Brooklyn Pizza.
