Cabbage in Coconut and Yogurt Gravy

Here is a recipe that will reveal possibilities with cabbage:

Ingredients

Shredded Cabbage
Chopped Onions
Yogurt
Cumin Powder
Crushed Garlic
Culantro Paste
Olive Oil
Grated Coconut
Slitted Green Chilies
Salt

Method

1. Fry onions until brown.

2. Add coconut and fry it until golden brown.

3. Add green chilies, culantro paste, crushed garlic, cumin powder, salt and shredded cabbage.

4. Cook it covered until cabbage is tender.

5. Remove it from fire and mix in yogurt.

6. Serve it with roasted chicken as a side dish or as a main entree with rice and legumes.
