Cafe Mix’s Multi-cuisine celebration tips food lovers

Cafe Mix at the Shangri-La hotel, Sydney will be celebrating for the first time Japanese Cuisine from 18-26 March, 2006. The Japanese Food Festival will include Sushi Cooking classes, Japanese cuisine from Kappo style counter dishes to exquisite Kaiseki delights, it will also give the audience unique Japanese sake and beers at AUD$58.00 per person from Sunday to Thursday and AUD$78.00 per person Friday and Saturday. The cooking classes will be taken by Chef Nobuyuki Kurosawa a Sushi Master Chef who gave the sushi-making demos at the Tokyo Palace Hotel. The classes will be conducted from March 21st-23rd, 2006 and will cost AUD$95.00 per person including dinner followed by the classes, souvenir, sake and certificates.

The food festival will not only present Japanese food but food from all over the world including Indian, Chinese, Sushi, Seafood and Asian. Moreover, these cuisines will be cooked in front of the audience…so be there, as this gives a nice opportunity to the food lovers to learn.
