Canadian Pancake: Fluffier Version of the American Pancake

The Canadian Pancakes are fluffier and lighter than the American Pancakes; Canadian Pancakes are made in a similar fashion as the American Pancakes except for the fact that milk is substituted with buttermilk in the Canadian Pancakes.

In case you are making fruit pancakes then you just have to lay fruit slices, after you spread the batter on the pan and then either roll it up or carefully flip it on the other side. Then you got to pour the maple syrup over it and garnish it with loads of cream.
