Cauliflower and black-eyed beans curry

Stewed vegetables are a delicacy in Diwali and here is the recipe stewed cauliflower and black-eyed beans. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Cauliflower Florets
Boiled Black-eyed beans (lobiya)
Garlic Paste
Chopped Tomatoes
Turmeric Powder
Chili Powder
Poppy Seeds Paste
Coriander Leaves Paste
Cumin Powder
Cinnamon Paste
Nutmeg Paste
Salt
Oil

Method

1. In oil fry, stirring constantly, garlic paste, poppy seeds, tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder for 15 minutes.

2. To this paste add cauliflower florets and fry for some more time.

3. To the mixture in step 2 add cinnamon paste, nutmeg paste, salt, coriander leaves paste and boiled black-eyed beans.

4. Stir the mixture in step 4 for 20 minutes.

5. Add water and simmer the gravy.

6. Serve with rice.
