Cereal concentrates go the organic way

Sipal Partners involved in the manufacture of non-refined organic cereal concentrates has announced the launch of concentrates based on five grains including rice, wheat, corn, barley and spelt available in its liquid and powdery form. The products claim to be produced in a natural process, which can be functional in the production of bakery, beverages, cereal, dessert and flour-based preparations as sweeteners, thickeners, coating, prevent crystallisation, cereal taste, natural colouring, crispness, and also as a replacement of fats.

This is a wonderful development in food technology as these concentrates will be aiding food industries, bakeries, confectioners and food chains in the preparation of complete organic products.
