Lip Smacking Chana Kabab

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves / Makes: 4 to 5

Ingredients:
Kala chana – 1 cup
Mashed potato-1cup
Coriander (chopped) – 1cup
Green chillies (chopped) – 5 / 6
Salt-as required
Garam masala -1 tsp.
Chilli flakes- 2 tsp.
Corn flour – 2 tbsp.

Method:
Soak chana overnight in water.
Pressure cook chana and potatoes separately.
Mash them well.
Mix them with the remaining ingredients.
Make rolls and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve hot with nan / roties.

User Comments & Tips:
This mixture can be stored in the freezer for a week. Fry as and when required. Coriander chutney can be accompanied with this dish when served as starters.
