How to make chocolate muffins

The word muffin is derived from the French word mouffle, which implies ‘soft bread’. Today, we have two types of muffins – English muffins and the American type muffins.   5. 250 g butter
  6. 60 ml milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven and mix all ingredients:

You have to preheat the oven up to 170ºC to bake the your chocolate muffins. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa, and baking powder along with sugar in a bowl. Also add eggs, butter, milk, chocolate chips, and drinking chocolate. Mix them well together and make a thick liquid mixture, which can be poured later into the paper cups.

2. Prepare the muffin cases and bake the muffins:

Take a muffin tray with approximately 12-hole deep and start preparing paper muffin cases. Now drop the mixture into these cases. Now put the muffins into the preheated oven and bake them for 20 minutes or till they become golden in color.

3. Serve when cold:

Cool the muffins for about 10 minutes and now put them on wire rack.You can now serve and enjoy your delightful muffins.
