Instructions:
1. Wash and peel baby corn
Wash, peel and cut the baby corn into small pieces. Now, put the baby corn in hot water for sometime and boil it a little hard. Then, drain the water. Let the baby corn rest for sometime and bring it to the room temperature.
2. Use oil or butter
Heat the frying fan and add butter or oil into it. In this preparation, if you use oil you can put little butter after the preparation. Now add green chopped onion, green chilli and tomato. Just sauté it in a medium flame and add baby corns to it.
3. Cook in an open pan
Add salt, pepper according to taste and let it stand for 5 minutes. Do not cover your frying pan as in this preparation baby corn and other ingredients should be little hard. Sauté it often and now adds lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves to it.
4. Garnish your baby corn
