My favorite protein casserole is cottage cheese cooked in a luscious herb-yogurt and veggie gravy. This cottage cheese casserole tastes wonderful in summer. The recipe is as follows:
Ingredients
Diced Cottage Cheese
Yogurt
Minced Green Chilies
Minced Coriander Leaves
Minced Tarragon
Minced Dill
Cumin Paste
Garlic Paste
Green Beans
Minced Mustard leaves
Sliced Carrots
Oil
Pepper
Cinnamon Powder
Nutmeg Powder
Salt
Method
1. In a wok heat oil and add garlic paste, followed by veggies and fry until brown.
2. Mix all herbs and green chilies in yogurt and keep aside.
3. Add cottage cheese to the veggies, followed by the yogurt mixture, seasonings, spices and simmer it for 15 minutes,
4. Serve it with pasta, brown bread or noodles.
