Cuisine Solutions goes functional with Smaller Packaging

As per reports Cuisine Solutions, in the US is going to release its smaller packaged entrees at the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) retail trade show at McCormick Place in Chicago, from May 7 – 9. The Company makes use of the Sous Vide cooking technique to make sure of the preservation of flavor, freshness and moisture. Apart from that Sous Vide technology will also accommodate customized entrees therefore allowing convenient packaging. Sous Vide caters to the small packaging of Cuisine Solutions by packing sauces separately. As per CEO Stanislas Vilgrain:

Our new packaging will allow us to get a foot-hold in more retail freezers where space is a premium and our larger boxes were not feasible. We consider our products non-comparable in the freezer case and focused on exceptional events. For some people, that is a birthday, anniversary, or dinner party. For others, they want exceptional food every day with the ultimate convenience of it being fully cooked and ready in minutes.

This shows that Cuisine Solutions gives premium entrees in convenient packaging thereby sticking to the trend ‘small is good’ in the culinary industry.
