Deep-fried Soy-cheese-chicken balls in tomato gravy

I am going to share with you a recipe of soy-cheese-chicken all in a single casserole.

Ingredients

Pre-soaked Soy chunks
Chicken Mince
Grated cottage cheese
Green Chili Paste
Coriander leaves Paste
Chopped Onions
Two large tomatoes (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder
Cardamom Powder
Salt

Method

1. Mash together soychunks, cottage cheese, chicken, coriander leaves paste, green chili paste and salt. Make balls from this mixture.

2. Deep fry these balls

3. Fry chopped onions until brown. Add tomatoes, spices and salt. Fry it for 20 more minutes.

4. Add water into it. Add the fried balls and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

6. Serve it with rice.
