Deep-fried Soybean balls in yogurt gravy

kadhiSoybeans are the best source of proteins and the most common vegetable found in any refrigerator.

I am going to share with you one flavor-packed recipe for this not so flavorful beans.

Ingredients

Boiled and pulverized Soybeans
Boiled and mashed raw Bananas
Yogurt
Chopped Onion
Turmeric Powder
Green Chilies paste
Grated Coriander leaves
Cumin Seeds
Fenugreek Seeds
Fennel Seeds
Salt

Method

1. Mash soybeans, raw bananas, Green Chilies paste, Grated Coriander leaves and salt together.

2. Form balls out of the paste and deep fry the balls.

3. In a wok heat oil and temper it with all the seeds until they start spluttering.

4. Add onions and turmeric powder, fry until brown. Turn of the heat and pour it into whipped yogurt.

5. Add the deep-fried soybean balls into the yogurt mixture, season it with salt and red pepper powder.
