Ecopolitan, little more than a vegan restaurant

Vegetarian dishes cannot work with a tag alone; they have to prove themselves on the very grounds of vegetarianism, which in a nutshell means improving the quality of nutritional intake. Loads of cheese, ample of starch and good deal of monotonous dominion by single vegetable does not contribute to improving nutritional intake.
But Ecopolitan an eco-health network that creates a convergence between environment and health also runs a restaurant that acts more as a nutrition guide than a restaurant.

Ecopolitan’s Minneapolis restaurant dishes put 100 percent raw and vegan foods, has a sauna and oxygen bar and natural products for body care. Apart from having an organic menu, it guides the customers into everything organic. This is the only restaurant that I have come across that changes the food habits of the people at the grassroots level.
