Einstein Bros. Bagels is a brand operated by the leading quick casual restaurant industry, New World. This brand has expanded its line of breakfast, bagels, desserts, gourmet teas and lunch sandwiches with the offering ‘anything but routine’. There will be the addition of 10 new bagels to the existing bagels. The lunch line will add two gourmet sandwiches including Steak and Egg Ranchero and Cheese Steak Panini and the vegetarian line includes Spinach, Tomato and Provolone Omelet sandwich and Grilled Cheese for adults.
These sandwiches are sophisticated in flavor and quality and match the palettes of the customers that visit Einstein Bros. stores and as per Chad Thompson, who is senior director of research & development:
Our guests have sophisticated palettes that require more unique and creative ingredient combinations. We’ve had a great time testing out these new menu options and know that we’ve found an assortment of items that will become instant favorites for our guests.
The added attraction is the ‘Create your Own’ Sandwich, which offers the option to the consumers to create a custom sandwich of your own with the fillers and garnishes of their own choice.
