EPA causing brouhaha over “cocoa-emissions”

EPA is causing a lot of brouhaha over the chocolate aroma coming out of the Blommer chocolate factory. But the brouhaha has a reason behind it the cocoa dust has crossed the levels of opacity, to meet the standards of clean air.

The recent development is that Blommer has subjected itself to EPA’s accusation and has agreed to pay a fine and install a equipment to keep the cocoa dust from going out. However, I feel that Blommer should not hve given up and asked EPA to tackle with other forms of pollution, which happen to be more hazardous than chocolate pollution.
