Delaware’s Bella Cookies claims to be the first claims to be the first all natural and organic cookie company to have rolled a new rum-raisin cookie called as ‘Rumazin’, scheduled for a debut on 7th, July 2006. These cookies are made in partnership with Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, which sources brown honey rum for the organic cookies.
The rum is reported to be one of the smoothest handcrafted rum with a balancing flavor of oak resin and sweet wildflower honey.
The rum is cooked in the baking process leaving only the aftertaste. Mark Leishear Director of Sales & Marketing for Bella’s Cookies claims that the flavor of rum gets stronger and stronger with every bite. This cookie under the signature collection of Bella’s is available at the online retail store of Bella’s. Though the price of the cookie is not disclosed, yet the consumers can consider the claims of nutritional and flavor profile of a variegated flour combination and the formulation of rich rum.
