The myth that fruit juices add to the body mass index of children has been dispelled in a later study published in the October issue of Pediatrics by Theresa Nicklas, professor of pediatrics at the Baylor College of Medicine. The study pointed out that the natural sweetness of fruit juices does not add to the BMI of children, on the other hand 100 percent natural juices give children the required Vitamin C, fiber and potassium content.

Often the causes of obesity are confused with good diet and here fruit juices are considered vital for healthy functioning of the system. Therefore, it is very important to chuck out the calorific foods from the diet of your children and detoxify their system with fruit juices, which are the only foods proven to be without calories.
