Fruity-Veggie tango for a great summer salad

avocado balstSalads can be made in a number of exciting ways and this time I would turn to a combination of fruits and veggies to tango in the summer season the recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Peeled Oranges
Steamed Broccoli
Semi-ripe Mangoes
Green Apples
Steamed Chick Peas
Buckwheat
Steamed Baby Carrots
Grated Tofu
Raw Mango Powder
Rock Salt
Yogurt
Coriander Leaves Paste
Grated Green Chilies

Method

1. In a bowl whip yogurt, grated green chilies, raw mango powder, coriander leaves paste, grated tofu, buckwheat and rock salt.

2. Toss the veggies and then toss in the fruits together. Serve chilled with garnished red cabbage leaves and steamed spinach.
