Gingered Liver

liverToday I am going to share with you a couple nof exciting non-vegetarian recipe that can be prepared in a jiffy. The easiest of all is Gingered Liver and is my favorite too.

Ingredients
Chopped Mutton Liver
Ginger Paste
Red Chili Powder
Vinegar
Salt
Oil

Method
1. In a pan fry ginger paste until it changes color. Add chopped liver, chili powder and salt.
2. When the moisture from the liver dries out add two teaspoonfuls vinegar and saute for 15 minutes.
3. Add water and cook the livers until tender. After the liver becomes tender, fry till the water dries out.

It goes well with noodles, pasta, rice and brown rice.
