Green Beans and Cheese Omelet

Eggs, cheese and green beans had been my all-time favorite. Here is the recipe to go about it:

Ingredients

Chopped Green Beans
Chopped Onions
Beaten Eggs
Shredded Green Chilies
Red Cayenne Pepper
Chopped Tomatoes
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Oil

Method

1. Fry onions until brown. To it add green beans and tomatoes; and stir-fry until the green beans are cooked.

2. Add the green beans and onions mixture to the beaten eggs.

3. To the mixture in step 2 add shredded green chilies, shredded parmesan cheese, red cayenne pepper and salt.

4. Beat the mixture in Step 3 until foamy.

5. Spread the mixture in step 4 evenly on a non-stick pan and flip it like an omelet.
