Hot and Spicy Mushroom Curry

mushroom curryToday I feel like playing with my favorite mushrooms and hope you like it. For making hot and spicy mushrooms you need:

Ingredients
Canned Button Mushrooms
Tomato Puree
Red Chili Paste
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Cinnamon Powder
Clove Powder
Nutmeg Powder
Salt
Chopped Onions

Method

1. In a wok heat oil and add onions, fry until brown.
2. Add ginger paste, red chili paste, tomato puree and fry all the paste for 15 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and cover the pot and cook for 15 more minutes, add all the leftover spices and salt.
4. Add water and cook for 7 more minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

Serve with rice.
