How to crack-open a lobster for meat

The different ways are follows:

1. Twist the leg of the prawns to scoop out the meat from the shells.

2. Remove the tail from the body by bending it back and forth, followed up by pulling it out from the loosened sides.

3. Do not eat the gills and head of the lobster.

4. Remove the shell from the body by holding the shells from the top and bottom and removing it vertically.

5. You can ask the chef to remove the shell from the body or go for a lobster thermidor.
