How to make chocolate chip muffins

A healthy and tasty breakfast is must to keep ourself energetic throughout the day.   1. 2 Cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1/3 Cup light-brown sugar
  3. 2 tsp Baking powder
  4. 2/3 Cup milk
  5. 1/2 Cup butter
  6. 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  7. 1 Pack milk chocolate-chips
  8. 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. Mixing Bowl
  11. Wiper/ Blender

Instructions:

1. Mixing the ingredients in required quantities

  • Take a large mixing bowl. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar. Add each of the ingredients one by one so that each ingredient mixes properly with the other.Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. Any lump will not allow the muffins to become fluffy and as a result will become hard.
  • In the mixture add milk, eggs, butter, vanilla essence and salt. You can also mix these things in a separate bowl. Make sure the eggs are put and beaten properly one by one. Please do not add all the eggs at the same time. The butter too needs to be carefully put. Make sure that the butter is melted and cooled. All the above mentioned ingredients need to used when in room temperature.
  • Use a blender to get a smooth mixture. Mixing with spoon or a spatula does not not give the batter the requirement amount of smoothness. So using of a wiper is must.
  • Add chocolate chip to the mixture. Choco chips are to be added at the end. This will allow it to mix without getting melted in the batter.

2. Prepare the oven and the muffin cases

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Grease the Muffin cases with butter.
  • Fill only 3/4 portion of the muffin cases with the mixture.
  • Put the muffin cases in the microwave and allow it cook for 15– 20 min.

3. Serving

  • Take it out of microwave and leave aside for 5 min.
  • Allow the muffins to cool completely before serving.
