Lentils can be cooked in a variety of ways and Indian cuisine cherishes its lentils stewed, stuffed in desserts and also as appetizers. I am going to share with you wonderful lentil cutlet that can be served as appetizer.
Ingredients
Boiled chick peas
Boiled yellow lentils
Boiled Soy Beans
Chopped Onions
Chopped Basil
Rock salt.
Method
1. Mash together all the above ingredients and shallow fry them in oil.
Have it with a coconut dip or hot sauce.
