Frequently asked questions:

When I put the ground masala in the tea, some of the masala still remains in the tea after staining it to the cup. What is the other option for this?

Yes, this is a problem but also there are alternatives for this. While making masala tea, do not grind the masala to a powder, rather crush and place the whole masala in the boiling milk. In this case you will have to boil the tea for a little more time in order get the desired masala flavor. When adding the whole masala, you can put a chunk of whole ginger also. Boil all the masala first for at least for 10 minutes then add the tea bag. Switch off the stove and cover your tea for sometime before enjoying.

Quick tips:

  • If you want to have exact taste and flavor of the masala tea, always make your tea in milk and ignore water.
  • When you stain your tea, allow the remaining tea leaves and masala to cool down. Sprinkle this over your plants. It works as a great fertilizer.

Things to watch out for:

  • Make sure to get a strong flavored tea while making this preparation.
  • Do not boil your tea for a longer time after adding tea bag/tea leaves as it might spoil the taste of masala tea.
