Mashed Beans and Cottage Cheese Casserole

Green beans are often served with bacon, in casserole or stews and most of the time as a stuffing, but this time I am going to pair them up with loads of cheese. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Chopped Green Beans
Mashed Cottage Cheese
Ginger Paste
Garlic Paste
Chopped Tomatoes
Cinnamon Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil

Method

1. In oil fry ginger and garlic paste until brown.

2. Add to it tomatoes, cayenne pepper and salt.

3. Add green beans and cottage cheese.

4. Slow cook them, stirring constantly until beans are tender.

5. Season it with cinnamon powder.

6. Serve it with bread, bacon and cream cheese.
