Minced Fish tastes wonderful with a poppy seed stuffing and they are wonderful as appetizers.
Ingredients
Minced Fish
Poppy seeds paste
Cornflour
Chopped Onions
Chopped Green Chilies
Salt
Egg Yolk
Pepper
Method
1. Prepare the base for cutlets by mixing salt, pepper, cornflour and egg yolks in minced fish.
2. Add chopped onions and green chilies in oil and fry until brown. Add Poppy seeds paste and fry stirring continously for 15 minutes.
3. Take the minced fish mixture in hand, flatten it and stuff it with poppy seeds paste.
4. Shallow fry the stuffed minced fish cutlets or bake them.
Serve with hot sauce and crispy-fried noodles.
