Multipurpose Salad: A salad or a dip

I simply love my salad to play the role of a dip, and I tend to blend in a lot flavors in the form of vegetables and meats with a curd base. These salads can be taken in lunch or in dinner only with brown bread or as a single entree. My favorite multipurpose salad is a Bean salad with chicken.

Ingredients:

Steamed Green Beans
Shallots
Par boiled boneless Chicken
Grated Shallots
Lettuce
Shredded Red Cabbage
Hung curd
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Oregano

Method:

Whip together curd, salt, pepper and oregano. Toss in green beans, shallots and chicken. Garnish it with lettuce and red cabbage.
You can have it with brown bread, tacos or by itself. To use it as a dip just put all the ingredients in a blender and have this healthy salad cold.
