Mutton Curry in West Indian Style

mutton12Weekend is the time for experimenting with great foods and I would like to share with you a West Indian cuisine, which makes the use of mutton. This recipe is cooked in Rajasthan and makes the use of pickle and yogurt. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients
Boneless Mutton
Yogurt
Red Chili Powder
Tomato Pickle
All spices Powder(Cinnamon, Cardamon, Nutmeg, Cloves)
Salt
Chopped Onions
Oil

Method

1. Marinade the above ingredients, except salt and onions, for two hours.
2. Fry onions in a pressure cooker, add the marinated mutton, cook until the moisture runs dry.
3. Add water as required and cook it until tender.
4. Garnish it with cilantro.

Serve with rice or bread.
