Well Nirvi, let me correct you that Potato Thingies that you had at Kirby were not its unique creation as they were brought about by the English settled in north America and were called as “Saratoga Chips”.
The chips that you had in sand-dune shape are actually made by scooping out the center of a baked potato and filling it with cheese and cooked bacon. They are baked again until crisp; and as they have a lot of butter inside and then baked, their structure swings between French fries and potato chips. They taste yummy and can be taken with mint sauce or a thick pepper sauce. They can also be served as an accompaniment to cheese along with cream dips.
So Nirvi these thingies have started long back, yea but your desire to make it famous would require a bit of patronising.
