Prawn ‘n’ Cream Salad

summer prawn1A summer prawn salad and a glass of crisp and chilled white wine can lead anyone to ecstasy. The recipe of my favorite prawn salad is as follows:

Ingredients

Prawns (Shelled and Veined)
Diced Avocados
Diced Pineapple
Shredded Red Cabbage
Boiled Green Peas
Low-fat Cream
Lemon Pepper
Green Coriander leaves Paste
Fresh Oregano
Fresh Tarragon
Rock Salt

Method

1. Wash Prawns and steam it.

2. In a wok take some cream, add prawns and cover it until the prawns becomes succulent. To it add all the herbs. Keep aside

3. In a separate bowl mix avocados, cabbage, green peas and pineapple. Toss it well with coriander leaves paste, black pepper and salt.

4. Finaly add the prawn and cream mixture and set aside with fajitas or burritos.
