Red Beans in soybean curd gravy

How often do we take time out for our precious red beans, filled with anti-oxidants and proteins? Today we will share a recipe that uses the red beans in a real beanie way. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Boiled Red Beans
Soy-bean curd
Tomato Puree
Chicken Breasts
Sliced Onions
Sliced Green Beans
Cayenne Pepper
Basil Pesto
Cumin Powder
Oil
Salt

Method

1. In a wok fry onions until brown.

2. Add tomato puree, pesto, chicken breasts, green beans, cumin powder salt and cayenne pepper.

3. Cook covered and stirring continuously until 15 minutes.

4. Add red beans and cook for 10 more minutes.

5. Take it from the heat and add soybean curd.

6. Serve with rice.
