Sausage and beans in red sauce

Ingredients

Chopped Green Beans
Boiled Red Beans
Beef Sausages
White wine vinegar
Sliced Onions
Sliced Green Peppers
Sliced Green Chilies
Tomato Puree
Basil Pesto
Chopped Oregano
Crushed Garlic
White Pepper
Olive Oil
Salt

Method

1. In oil fry onions, green pepper and garlic until transluscent and green peppers are tender.

2. In a separate dish marinate for one hour sausages and beans (red and green) in pesto and white wine vinegar.

3. Add tomato puree, oregano, salt and white pepper to onion-green pepper-garlic mixture and simmer this tomato sauce for some time.

4. In a separate pan take some oil and stir-fry marinated sausages, green and red beans.

5. After the sausages are brown and the green beans are tender add tomato sauce and simmer for some time.

6. Pour it over a bed of rice or noodles and microwave it for 20 minutes.
