Seared Chicken Breasts in vegetable sauce

Chicken Breasts are best cooked in luscious sauces. I am planning to do it with a vegetable sauce this weekend.

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts
Vegetable stock(carrots, beans, broccoli, small potatoes, peas)
Oregano
Salt
Cornstarch
Crushed Garlic
Chopped Green Chilies
Chopped Tomatoes
Worcesterchire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Pepper

Method

1. Marinade chicken breasts with worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pepper and salt.

2. In a pan take butter and add corn starch, pepper and salt to make roux.

3. Add the roux and the vegetable residue after taking the stock, to the vegetable stock and simmer for some time.

4. In a wok fry garlic and green chiles until brown. Set aside.

5. Sear the marinated chicken breasts until a smooth brown crust is formed on both the sides.

6. Assimilate by adding garlic and green chilies to the sauce and simmering them for sometime.

7. Finally add seared chicken breasts to the vegetable sauce and simmer it for sometime. Garnish it with spring onions and baby corns; and serve it with noodles.
