Radishes are great deal sensitive when added to curries. They need to be carefully paired with other food ingredients and flavors to balance its pungency and heat. I prefer pairing radishes with eggs. Let us try it with scrambling eggs with radishes. The recipe is as follows:
4 eggs (beaten)
Slitted Green chilies
1. Fry onions in oil until brown. Add shredded radish until moisture dries out completely.
2. Add green chilies, herbs, turmeric powder. Fry for some more time.
3. Add beaten eggs, salt and cayenne pepper.
4. Mix thoroughly and serve hot with bacon, on grits or croutons.
