Ingredients
Skinned Chicken Breasts
Chopped Spinach
Cottage Cheese
Crushed Garlic
Slitted Green chilies
Olive Oil
Salt
Method
1. In a wok heat oil an fry garlic and green chilies.
2. Add spinach leaves and salt. cook until all the moisture is evaporated.
3. Place this mixture over flattened chicken breasts and place a scoopful of mashed cottage cheese
4. Roll these breasts and secure the stuffing by pinning a toothpick.
5. Baste these chicken breasts with oil and bake it until the crust of chicken breasts is brown.
